It's just another piece of paper...

-- When was the First Battle of Panipat fought? Was it 1526 or 1556?
-- Does pulmonary circulation occur on the right side or the left side of the heart?
-- When electric current passes through a wire, is the direction of the magnetic lines of flux clockwise or anti-clockwise in comparison to the direction of current?

Chances are, you have either answered all the questions correctly or you haven't.

** Flash back - Your class 10 board exams are just a week away. Does answering these questions matter to you? Yes!

** Snap back to reality - Does it matter now? Hell No!

What matters more is, you remember to pay your bills before the due date!
What matters more is, your awareness of the location of the switches in your room!
What matters more is, you keep note of where you parked your car in a parking lot!
What matters more is, you can recollect where you removed your spectacles the last time!

That little piece of paper thrust into your hand at the end of every academic year containing names of subjects you despised, with digits next to it, systematically aggregated from answers, which you cannot recall,  determining your fleeting cry of exuberance or agony is of vague concern.
It is just another 'piss' of paper now!

So what is education? It is what remains after you have forgotten everything you learnt in school.
